Shipping & Delivery

We currently serve eligible United States delivery addresses. Most orders are estimated to arrive 7–14 calendar days after dispatch. This timeframe is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Actual timing depends on supplier processing, address, carrier, weather, customs or other delays. Processing time before dispatch is additional.

Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Tracking is provided when available. Please use our contact page and include your order number if you need help with a delayed or missing delivery.

Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact Tailora at kroglikdaniel@gmail.com and include your order number. We will help check the shipment status and work with the shipping provider to look into the delay. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
